Job description
Our client, a well-known consumer lifestyle brand, is looking for a hands-on Digital Retention Specialist to provide interim support to its eCommerce and Digital Marketing team.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can jump in quickly and keep the day-to-day email and SMS calendar moving. The strategy and broader direction are already established — this person will primarily be responsible for building, scheduling, launching, and monitoring campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute day-to-day email campaigns in Klaviyo, including building, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
- Execute SMS campaigns, ideally within Attentive.
- Manage the email and SMS campaign calendar and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
- Build audiences and basic customer segments for campaigns.
- Coordinate with Creative and eCommerce teams to gather assets, copy, links, and promotional details.
- QA campaigns for accuracy, links, formatting, segmentation, and timing before launch.
- Monitor campaign performance and pull basic reporting as needed.
- Support basic updates and optimizations to existing email/SMS flows and automations.
- Stay highly organized and help keep campaigns and deliverables moving in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of hands-on email/SMS marketing experience.
- Klaviyo experience required — must be comfortable independently building and deploying campaigns.
- Attentive experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working quickly across multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Someone who is happy being a tactical doer/executor rather than owning the overarching retention strategy.
This is a confidential search. Additional company and team details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
