Job description

We‰Ûªre looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our team. The position will partner with and support teams located in our Headquarters and other regional offices. We‰Ûªre looking for someone who can serve as a strategic Business Partner to the executive leadership team and with the primary focus of defining, building and influencing the talent within those teams to drive business and marketing/PR/Publicity objectives. In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining and modeling our culture is job number one. Candidates will have experience in a medium/large, global company as well some start up experience. A track record of having successfully influenced management at the VP/C level is a must for the position. This person will provide HR partnership on all elements of talent acquisition and management that is directly linked to driving our business success, supporting growth and overall organizational effectiveness. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel to the business in talent structure (organization, acquisition, development, etc.) and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a very dynamic leader, with a collaborative and influential leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. Our HR team is a strong business partner and the right candidate for this role will be willing to rethink traditional HR practices with a business oriented lens. S/He will embody our culture through their behavior and interactions daily and be willing to invite and promote constructive feedback.
