On Rocket Growth (RG):

Rocket Growth is a dynamic business unit focused on driving innovation, scale, and strategic growth across emerging markets and categories. We are building a brand that stands for bold thinking, transformative impact, and future-forward leadership.

A. Sales Planning & Performance Management

- Strategic Planning: Act as the primary planning partner to designated Category Leaders, coordinating and driving the annual, quarterly, and ongoing sales planning processes.

- Goal Setting & Tracking: Establish and maintain robust performance tracking mechanisms (KPIs, OKRs) to monitor category sales execution against strategic objectives.

- Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct detailed, hypothesis-driven analysis of sales performance, market trends, and category performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

B. Strategic Storytelling & Executive Presentation

- Narrative Development: Design and build compelling, clear, and concise strategic 'storylines' and presentations for consumption by Sales Leadership and Executive Management.

- Executive Readouts: Present key findings, strategic recommendations, and performance summaries with conviction, translating complex planning and tracking data into actionable business insights.

- Rapid-Turnaround: Leverage a 'management consulting' mindset to quickly synthesize complex information and transform it into highly polished, presentation-ready formats under tight deadlines.

C. Team Leadership & Asset Scalability

- Team Management: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Analysts/Planners, ensuring high quality and consistency in their analytical outputs.

- Scalable Solutions: Lead the team in the development and implementation of reusable, automated, and scalable planning and tracking assets (e.g., dashboards, templates, data models).

- Sales Enablement: Drive the transition toward a 'self-serve' data model, enabling the broader sales team to access performance data and tracking insights directly and efficiently.

II. Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Strategy, or a related analytical function, preferably supporting a high-intensity, fast-paced Sales organization.

- Structure & Detail: Demonstrated history of being highly structured and meticulous in planning, execution, and documentation.

- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and modeling (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI) and the ability to derive strategic insights from large datasets.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to summarize complex issues into a crisp, consumable storyline for executive audiences.

III. Preferred Qualifications

- Management Consulting: Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is a strong advantage.

- Team Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring analytical staff.

- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), planning tools, and Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau).
