Das Team Integration Design verantwortet die technische Gesamtarchitektur unserer Robotik-Produkte. Es definiert Systemanforderungen, Schnittstellen und Sicherheitskonzepte über Mechanik, Elektronik und Software hinweg und trifft die richtungsweisenden Architektur-Entscheidungen für die Serienreife.

Deine Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Du gestaltest die Elektrik-/Elektronik-Architektur unseres Robotik-Produkts: Topologie, Energieversorgung, Kommunikation und Verkabelung – robust, sicher und serientauglich.

  • Definition der E/E-Gesamtarchitektur (Steuergeräte-Topologie, Bordnetz, Bussysteme wie EtherCAT/CAN)
  • Auslegung der Energieversorgung und -verteilung inkl. Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Spezifikation elektrischer Schnittstellen zwischen Sensorik, Aktorik, Recheneinheiten und Peripherie
  • Bewertung von Bauteilen und Technologien hinsichtlich Kosten, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Functional Safety, PCB-Design und Kabelentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in E/E-Architektur komplexer Systeme (Robotik, Automotive, Maschinenbau)
  • Kenntnisse in Feldbus-/Echtzeitkommunikation (EtherCAT, CAN, Ethernet) und Energiebordnetzen
  • Erfahrung mit sicherheitsgerichteter Elektronik (z. B. IEC 61508, ISO 13849) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
