Job description

⭐ Who we are

Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry. Backed by $30M in funding, our platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology.

Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

- Empower team members throughout their journey: Manage core employee lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding programs, performance reviews, individual plans tracking, and exit interviews to ensure an exceptional employee experience.

- Champion manager enablement: Build and roll out practical manager toolkits and self-serve resources that help leaders coach, support, and grow their teams effectively.

- Drive data-informed engagement: Administer company-wide engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with team leaders to convert employee insights into meaningful action plans.

- Optimize HR technology: Own the daily administration of 15five and employee experience tools, keeping processes smooth, intuitive, and up-to-date.

- Build intuitive internal documentation: Develop and organize our internal Notion pages and People guides, making key information accessible and transparent for everyone.

- Maintain competitive insights: Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to help keep our reward structures fair, equitable, and competitive.

- Elevate HR analytics: Maintain high-quality HR data and build clear reporting dashboards to highlight workplace trends and operational metrics.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

- Relevant experience: You bring 3+ years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience role, ideally within a growing technology or SaaS environment.

- Tool proficiency: You have hands-on experience managing HR software (such as 15five or similar performance management tools) and documentation platforms like Notion.

- Strong communication: You explain complex processes clearly and adapt your communication style when supporting diverse stakeholders across departments.

- Initiative & accountability: You manage your time and projects independently, balancing daily responsibilities with longer-term initiatives seamlessly.

- Analytical skills: You are comfortable working with HR metrics, survey analytics, and salary benchmarking data to identify patterns and present clear findings.

- Empathy & discretion: You maintain strict confidentiality and approach sensitive employee conversations — such as exit interviews and growth plans — with genuine care and professionalism.

- Process orientation: You enjoy identifying operational inefficiencies and creating practical guides, templates, or workflows that make work easier for others.

- Collaborative mindset: You build positive working relationships easily and enjoy partnering with managers to solve team challenges together.

⭐ What does success looks like?

- Within 3 months: Master the administration of 15five and core People tools, taking full ownership of onboarding documentation and routine survey administration.

- Within 6 months: Publish a standardized Manager Toolkit on Notion that improves self-service access and reduces routine managerial support inquiries.

- Within 9 months: Achieve high employee survey engagement rates and establish a clear tracking framework for follow-up actions across all teams.

- Within 12 months: Complete a comprehensive benchmarking review and streamline employee lifecycle documentation to ensure a consistently top-tier employee experience.
