Job description

Wraithwatch was founded by security engineers from SpaceX, Palantir, and Anduril to build the next generation of AI-powered cyber defense systems for the United States and its allies. We are deployed today to customers spanning Fortune 500, US Federal Government, commercial nuclear, aerospace, defense, maritime, and other emerging technology companies. Our core product is a cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack.

The Enterprise Mission Manager - Federal will be the delivery lead on large, complex, Wraithwatch deployments to federal customers.

Responsibilities

This is not your typical PM role. As an Enterprise Mission Manager, you are the primary interface between Wraithwatch and our federal customers, and you move with speed to own outcomes for both our customers and us. You will be on-site with government stakeholders regularly—building relationships, understanding their operational realities, and making sure we deliver.

You will hold federal program managers and Wraithwatch engineers equally accountable to timelines. You will sit with users, learn what's broken, and come back to our product team with specifics that actually move the roadmap. You will navigate deliverable timelines, ATO processes, and the particular politics of your customer's organization. When things slip—and they will—you fix them or escalate fast.

We need someone who can make friends while walking the customer halls, then turn around and tell our engineers what we're building wrong. Someone who owns outcomes, not activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT and/or cybersecurity projects with federal organizations or defense contractors
  • Track record of managing complex delivery across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Comfortable being on-site with customers multiple days per week
  • Technical fluency—you should be able to hold your own in a conversation about modern AI stacks, cybersecurity, IT, APIs, infrastructure, or data pipelines
  • Willing to work extended hours when mission demands it

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with DoD, IC, or federal civilian cyber programs
  • Experience with ATO processes, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks

Why work at Wraithwatch Corporation

  • Culture: Described as “the special forces of cyber startups” – expects 12–16 hour days, nights and weekends when the mission demands it. In return, employees get significant ownership, work at the bleeding edge of AI and cybersecurity, and join a team of battle‑hardened operators.
  • Work policy: Primarily remote (most roles listed as “Remote – United States”); some federal‑facing roles (e.g., Enterprise Mission Manager) are hybrid in Washington DC.
  • Engineering culture: Emphasis on autonomy, solving hard problems, and making an impact in national security. Open roles include Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Offensive Security Engineer, Security Engineer, and growth positions (Head of Growth, Account Executive – Commercial/Federal).
