What you will do
You will join us as an Enterprise Program Manager dedicated to the success of our largest global clients, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and acting as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects. In this autonomous role, you will manage complex programs like Business Intelligence implementations and new product onboardings, driving regional alignment and strengthening key client relationships.
Where you will have impact
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our solutions, including Business Intelligence dashboards, for our largest global clients.
- Organize and manage all projects and programs within your enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and the achievement of all business objectives.
- Establish clear program governance and expertly guide stakeholder expectations, from individual hotel properties to C-level executives at global headquarters.
- Create and maintain clear project documentation that provides an overview of timelines, activities, and potential risks using task management tools.
- Act as a vital bridge between clients and our internal Product and Engineering teams, capturing custom requirements and managing delivery timelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing robust project plans and leading regular program status calls with key global chains.
- Serve as the voice of our EMEA customers, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance our products and processes.

Who you are
Essential
- Proven experience in a program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts.
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and execution.
- Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills, with comfort and experience engaging with C-level executives.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to understand data solutions, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and embrace AI tools to drive efficiency.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously across different time zones, primarily collaborating with teams in APAC and AMER.
- Excellent ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are successfully met.
- A coachable and adaptable attitude, with a strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
We welcome
- A background in the SaaS industry, particularly with product rollouts or integrations.
- Specific knowledge of the hospitality market.
- Experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality sector.
