Job description

Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you?

Your mission

As an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on Manufacturing vertical, you will open new doors for UiPath across a territory full of untapped potential. Your focus is winning new logos: finding, building and closing opportunities with manufacturers that have not yet worked with UiPath. You will engage C-suite leaders and digital transformation teams early, challenge how they think about work, and position UiPath as the trusted platform for agentic automation across production, supply chain, finance and customer operations. Every new customer you win helps manufacturers cut repetitive work, become more resilient and efficient, and free their people to focus on higher-value decisions and better outcomes. This is a high-impact hunting role in an industry going through major change. You’ll be challenged, supported and inspired by some of the best talent in the field as you build your own path to success.

What you’ll do at UiPath

  • Build and run a territory plan focused on new logo acquisition, identifying and prioritising the manufacturing organisations with the greatest potential
  • Generate your own pipeline through proactive outreach, including cold calling, social selling, events and executive networking
  • Break into new accounts and build relationships from first contact through to signed contract
  • Own the full sales cycle for new business, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets
  • Lead with insight, bringing a point of view on how automation can solve specific challenges such as supply chain disruption, order-to-cash delays, quality and compliance demands, and workforce shortages
  • Build compelling business cases that show the financial and operational value of UiPath to new buyers
  • Work with local partners and global systems integrators to source new opportunities and access new accounts
  • Partner with marketing, business development and pre-sales teams on campaigns and plays that create new pipeline
  • Track competitors, market trends and industry priorities to spot new opportunities before others do
  • Hand over new customers smoothly to Customer Success and Customer Engineering, setting them up for successful implementation and long-term growth
  • Share what works with fellow sales executives to strengthen the team’s hunting approach
  • Explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of solution or value selling experience, with a strong focus on new business
  • A proven track record of consistently winning new logos and exceeding new business quota year on year
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to Manufacturing customers (preferred)
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch in a greenfield or under-penetrated territory
  • Confidence prospecting into senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, and opening conversations with organisations that are new to you and to UiPath
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations and the systems that support them, such as ERP, supply chain and shop-floor technology
  • Ability to explain new and complex concepts simply, in a way that creates real desire for the solution
  • Skill in navigating complex organisations and building a network of contacts across departments and levels of leadership
  • A research and data-driven approach to account targeting and planning
  • Resilience, persistence and a competitive drive to win
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, internally and externally
  • A self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Automation-first mindset
