Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native full stack applications
  • Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Work with Angular to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces
  • Learn and apply best practices for cloud (AWS/Azure) development
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Collaborate in Agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Native English speaking fluency required
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Java preferred)
  • Openness to learning and using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your development workflow under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Coachable mindset—eager to learn best practices for validating AI-generated code and understanding when to seek human guidance on technical decisions
  • Exposure to web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks like Angular)
  • Willingness to learn cloud technologies, microservices, and CI/CD tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing software that makes a difference
