Job description

We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of large-scale ETRM, data, cloud, and digital transformation programs for global energy organizations. The role requires deep expertise in ION Endur and RightAngle, enterprise data architecture, integration, cloud modernization, and emerging technologies such as AI. The candidate will lead complex trading platform implementations, manage senior client stakeholders, mentor cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of secure, scalable, innovative, and business-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery of large-scale ETRM, data, and digital transformation programs for global energy organizations.
  • Provide deep expertise in ION Endur and RightAngle architecture, data architecture, integration, and end-to-end trading platform implementations.
  • Design and deliver scalable solutions supporting trade capture, trade lifecycle, pricing, market data, risk management, settlements, and downstream analytics.
  • Lead enterprise data projects, including data architecture, data integration, data migration, data quality, governance, and analytics platforms.
  • Architect real-time and event-driven integrations using Endur OpenComponents, Connex Framework, Kafka, REST APIs, Java, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Drive cloud modernization and cloud-native solutions while leveraging modern data platforms and technologies to enable business intelligence and advanced analytics.
  • Apply AI and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, operational optimization, and enhanced decision-making across energy trading.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex trading, data, and technology challenges into practical solutions.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing engineering, data, architecture, and consulting teams while driving technical excellence, governance, and delivery.
  • Drive innovation across ETRM, data, cloud, and AI capabilities to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions with measurable business value.
