Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple senior executives within an established, growing organization. What You'll Do:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling conflicts, and changing priorities for multiple executives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expenses
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, correspondence, and executive communications
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects
- Track priorities, action items, and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met
- Anticipate executive needs and independently resolve day-to-day challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
- Leverage AI and technology to increase efficiency
- Partner closely with other members of the executive support team
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior executives
- Proven success managing complex, high-volume calendars and competing priorities
- Strong executive presence, communication, judgment, and discretion
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable learning and utilizing AI and emerging technology
- Ability to adapt quickly to different personalities and working styles
- Genuine interest in continuing to build a long-term career in executive support
