Job description
Meticulous is a fast-growing series A company building automated frontend testing software. It's used by engineering teams at companies like Notion, Dropbox, Mercor, Wiz and many others. This is a split business and support role working directly with the CEO. It has a broad scope - we're growing quickly and hiring to increase our operational capacity as a company. This means the scope will evolve rapidly.
What you'll do
- Support the CEO across business and private life.
- Provide operational support to our operations and go-to-market team to execute complex operational processes and tasks.
- No task is too small. Examples:
- Carry the fruit crate up to the office each morning.
- Keep the office spotless - you notice the empty coffee tin before anyone else does.
- Run across town at short notice to collect or source something.
- Chase a vendor by phone until you get an answer.
- No task is too complex. Examples:
- Occasional large one-off projects, such as opening a San Francisco office, owning a professional AV fit-out of a meeting room, or organizing a week-long international company offsite for 25 people.
- Own the organization and execution of corporate events end-to-end, such as renting a restaurant for a CTO dinner in New York, including greeting guests and hosting.
- Own the experience for candidates, customers, investors and partners who visit the office.
Hours: Core working hours and excellent evening/weekend responsiveness for time-sensitive items. Travel: Regular international travel required. Benefits and perks:
- All food in office is free (breakfast, lunch, dinner, delivery included).
- £300 monthly wellness stipend
- Private medical insurance
