Job description
Strategic Gears is a management consulting firm operating across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Spain, Qatar, and the UK — delivering Strategy & Transformation, PMO, Digital & Technology, and Financial Advisory across 13 sectors.
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Partners needs from our Cairo Office.
What your will do!
- Draft and review communications on behalf of Partners — with the tone and accuracy the brand demands.
- Organize Partner-level meetings end-to-end: pre-reads, briefings, logistics, minutes, and action follow-through.
- Process expenses and coordinate with EAs across KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Spain and the UK.
- Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for Partners; resolve conflicts and prioritize sensitive matters proactively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel across SG’s regional footprint.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years as an EA supporting senior leadership; professional services background (consulting, law, banking) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Advanced MS Office, AI and digital productivity tools
