Job description

At NEURA Robotics, our CEO moves fast across strategy, investor relations, product vision, and global partnerships. We're looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to keep pace with that momentum — someone who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and act as a trusted right hand at the center of a fast-scaling robotics company.

Your Mission & Challenges

  • Calendar & time management: Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing what matters most across a demanding, fast-changing schedule.
  • Travel coordination: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, anticipating logistics before they become problems.
  • Meeting preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for board meetings, investor calls, and executive leadership sessions.
  • Communication gatekeeping: Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and requests, ensuring the CEO's attention goes where it's needed most.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and department heads, tracking action items and following up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Confidential document handling: Manage sensitive business, legal, and strategic documents with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Event & offsite planning: Organize executive offsites, leadership meetings, and high-profile external engagements.
  • Ad hoc project support: Step into special projects and initiatives as needed, bringing structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations.

What We Can Look Forward To

  • Experience: Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with judgment and integrity.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Composure: A calm, solutions-oriented approach when things move fast or plans change last minute.
  • Tech-savviness: Confident with modern productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Workspace, Teams, calendar and travel management tools).
  • Mindset: A hands-on, no-task-too-small attitude paired with the judgment to operate at an executive level.

Why work at Neura Robotics

  • Culture: "Passion for Winning" — achievement-driven, self-responsible culture with flat hierarchies. Values include trust, honesty, speed, and "We Are Human" (people at the heart of everything).
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and a hybrid-friendly environment.
  • Team: Over 1,400 employees from more than 45 countries — highly skilled, international team of experts.
  • Growth & Development: Support for personal and professional growth via Udemy training platform and more.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary package with exclusive employee discounts.
  • Perks: Summer parties, company town hall meetings, and regular team celebrations.
  • Impact: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cognitive robotics and AI that directly addresses labor shortages and makes a meaningful societal impact.
  • Diversity: Explicitly welcomes applications from all backgrounds, emphasizing building a team that reflects the world.
  • Application Process: Fast — initial feedback within a few days, interviews scheduled within two weeks.
