Hi, I’m Anne, part of the team here at Beyond Sports, and I’d love to invite you to consider joining us as a Facility / Office Intern.
Beyond Sports is an AI-based data analysis and visualization company delivering a new way to experience sports. Our Emmy Award-winning platform powers real-time digital sports engagement for leagues, broadcasters, brands, and fans — from traditional media all the way to the Metaverse. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As a Facility / Office Intern, you’ll truly be the heart of our office. You create structure in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything runs smoothly, even on the busiest days.
No two days are the same. You’ll learn from our Office Manager the following tasks:
- Ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
- Supporting the Office Manager in daily operations
- Welcoming visitors and providing general support
- Preparing meeting rooms and workspaces
- Managing office supplies, groceries, and inventory
- Supporting onboarding of new colleagues
- Assisting during lunch together with our in-house chef
- Supporting internal events and gatherings
- Contributing to team activities and outings (e.g., sports events, themed parties, team drinks)
- Joining regular check-ins with the office team to improve the workplace experience
