Field Implementation Manager at GreenSpark (Remote)
Role details
Job description
ReSpark - Field Implementation Manager
Location: Remote
The opportunity:
ReSpark is a fast-growing start-up pioneering the future of the industrial scrap recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). We serve the world's leading industrial recyclers, helping them transform industrial and consumer scrap into new, usable materials. Our platform modernizes end-to-end workflows within the scrap recycling industry and is the core solution on which their business runs.
We are seeking a proactive Field Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience Team. This role will help drive progress on customer implementations including hardware configuration, end-user training, and workflow recommendations.
There will be travel involved (~30%) to visit customer sites and drive in-person hardware configuration and product training required for going live on the platform. This is a remote position.
About ReSpark
ReSpark is a venture-backed SaaS company formed through the merger of GreenSpark Software and ReMatter — the two leading modern operations platforms for metal recyclers. Together, we serve over 1,200 metal recycling facilities around the world.
Despite being a crucial part of the recycling ecosystem, the $120B+ scrap metal industry has long lacked intuitive, modern software for managing metal transactions, inventory, and yard operations. ReSpark exists to change that. With 12 years of combined production experience, our platform follows the metal all the way through the yard — from point of purchase through ultimate sale — all under one roof.
Today, we're building the AI-first operations layer for the recycling industry: an agentic platform that doesn't just digitize scrap yard workflows, but actively runs them.
We're a mission-driven team of innovators built on principles of competitive greatness, autonomy, and collaboration. Our culture is one of transparency, mutual respect, and constructive feedback — all aimed at collective progress and a brighter, more sustainable future.
As an Implementation Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end software implementations for new ReSpark customers
- Travel to scrap yards for in-person go-lives and training on a regular basis
- Become an expert on the ReSpark product, its use cases for recyclers, and how ReSpark helps recyclers operate more efficiently and improve business outcomes
- Configure customer hardware supporting ReSpark’s software platform such as IP cameras, scales, and printers
- Lead virtual and live end-user trainings during and after onboarding
- Hone your customer experience skill-set including clear communication, expectation-setting, problem-solving, and more
We’re looking for someone that has:
- 4+ years of prior success in a customer-facing role, preferably in training, support, or a related function in a SaaS environment
- Prior work experience with Windows operating system, remote desktop software, and other software/IT programs
- Experience installing and setting up hardware (E.g. cameras, scales)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A positive attitude and can-do mindset
- Strong self-motivation, grit, and a competitive spirit
- A customer-first mindset and bias towards action
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Nice to have:
- Fluent Spanish is a huge plus!
Benefits:
- Flexible time off policy to balance your work and life
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k)
- Great start-up culture
