- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and book high-quality meetings.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, outbound campaigns, and prospect engagement.
- Test new prospecting strategies and use data to continuously improve outbound performance.
- Contribute to building and refining Juicebox's outbound playbook as we continue to scale.
You Have…
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
- You are highly coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and quick to put it into action.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities while staying on top of the details.
- You are data-driven, using metrics and insights to guide decisions, measure success, and continuously improve.
- A curiosity for testing new strategies and learning from data.
- A high level of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to London, with the ability to work in the office five days per week in the SOHO district.
Bonus Points If You…
- You have experience selling to Talent Acquisition, People, HR, or Recruiting leaders.
- You have experience working at an early-stage startup or on a small, high-performing GTM team.
- You have experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment.
- You have experience prospecting into B2B SaaS organizations.
