MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor existing transactions performance and identifying suspicious trends or activities;
  • Be responsible for defending disputes/chargebacks;
  • Manage and escalate alerts when required;
  • Assist with improving the Fraud Prevention rules and best practices;
  • Drive results with a proven ability to achieve both team and individual goals consistently.
  • Detect and prevent policy abuse (refunds, promos, referrals, fair-use violations) by applying limitations and enforcement controls.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Cards processing knowledge and experience of working with relevant transactions is a must;
  • At least one year of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in fraud prevention experience in e-commerce or financial industries is a must;
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environments;
  • Details oriented, passionate about quality, with extremely high standards for delivery;
  • Ability to analyze various datasets and convert findings into suggested action plans;
  • Passion for problem solving;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • SQL knowledge considered to be an asset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering and payments teams.
  • Knows how payment fraud data moves and how to spot missing pieces in reports.
  • Has hands-on experience with fraud tools like Stripe Radar, Adyen, or similar platforms.
