Position Overview: The part-time Partnership Marketing position will support the Global Partnership team with game day duties during Capitals and Wizards games, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Partnership staff in the execution of game night duties and activations.
- Capture and document quality photos of all in-game signage and activation.
- Assist with set-up/breakdown and execution of any experiential activation.
- Support the preparation for game-night activations.
- Assist with staffing client receptions, pre-game hospitality, and other special events.
- Manage signage inventory.
- Opportunities to work non-game day special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Passionate about working in the Sports and Global Partnership industry.
- Experience and interest in photography is helpful.
- Previous partnership/marketing/promotional/events experience.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize work and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
- Hard working, detail oriented, and results driven.
- Strong communication skills, customer-service oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and on a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Requires prolonged standing; ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for special events.
- Flexibility to work most Mystics home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
