Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Cincinnati area.
- Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs—notes, photos, diagrams—for smooth operations and follow-up.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Recommend products and upgrades where appropriate to best meet customer needs.
- Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.
✅ What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate basic hand tools.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
