Key Responsibilities
- Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs.
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.
- Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to:
- Grab bar and rail installations
- Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications
- Ramps and stairlifts
- Widening doorways
- Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Licensed and Insured
- Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects
- Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
