Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 + equity (depending on experience and scope)

We’re hiring a high-agency strategic ops & product generalist to work closely with the founding team. You would be responsible for helping with Fulcrum Research’s strategic direction, product management, communicating with customers, writing, & general operations support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with founders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive company growth and impact
  • Work with technical teams to define product requirements and manage the development roadmap
  • Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market efforts
  • Craft compelling written content including product documentation, blog posts, and customer-facing materials
  • Support internal and external communications efforts
  • Develop operational processes and frameworks that scale with the organization
