We’re hiring a high-agency strategic ops & product generalist to work closely with the founding team. You would be responsible for helping with Fulcrum Research’s strategic direction, product management, communicating with customers, writing, & general operations support.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with founders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive company growth and impact
Work with technical teams to define product requirements and manage the development roadmap
Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market efforts
Craft compelling written content including product documentation, blog posts, and customer-facing materials
Support internal and external communications efforts
Develop operational processes and frameworks that scale with the organization
