Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership team to define Coins' marketing strategy and build a better image around the world
  • Lead international/local GTM and event activation efforts  and build a team to execute on the marketing strategy to launch and drive Coins adoption at scale in our target markets
  • Lead all global PR, event operations including agency management, channel management, KOLs, budgeting, and industry partnership prioritization.
  • Manage the global community to drive the user growth to work with the local teams.
  • Lead the global digital marketing teams to manage a better P&L on SEO, paid adds and etc.
  • Clearly define and drive alignment around targets and ensure the team’s individual outputs and deliverables can meet company goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing within an agency,  tech company, or financial services organization.
  • Must to have crypto industry background.
  • Experienced in Philippines market, and others such as EU, AU, Asia.
  • 2+ years in managing global crypto marketing team.
  • Tough, practical and flexible leader who can thrive in a very high-pressure environment.
