About Lovepop

Lovepop is on a mission to create one billion magical moments.  We combine art x engineering to create the most magical paper art cards & gifts.  Featured on Shark Tank in 2015, Lovepop has become one of the top 10 Shark Tank investments with over $300m in lifetime sales ($30m+ annually).  Lovepop consistently ranks in the top Google results for cards online, enjoys 29% national brand awareness in the category, and has helped its customers create over 65 million magical moments (30 million+ units sold).  We live by our four values: engineering, hunger, magic, and connection.  The opportunity ahead of us is large, exciting, and meaningful.  We seek A+ talent to help us become the #1 online card destination in the US.

About the role

As Graphic Designer (Digital), your mission is to produce high-performing creative assets for Lovepop’s digital marketing channels — primarily Email Marketing and Acquisition Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) — while supporting PDP, storytelling, and packaging design as needed.

Accountabilities

  1. Email Marketing Assets (40-45% of time)
  • Design weekly email campaigns: newsletters, promotional emails, automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
  • Ensure email assets are fully responsive across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Adhere to Lovepop brand guidelines while optimizing for KPIs: Open Rate (OR), Click- through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing Specialist on A/B testing of thumbnails, subject visuals, and CTA designs
  1. Acquisition Marketing Creatives (35-40% of time)
  • Design ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (static + carousel + simple motion)
  • Produce multiple variations per campaign for A/B testing (5-10 versions/campaign)
  • Track performance data and iterate based on insights from the Performance Marketing

team

  • Maintain regular creative refresh cycles to combat creative fatigue
  1. PDP & Storytelling Pages Support (10-15% of time)
  • Support design of Product Detail Page visuals and landing pages as needed
  • Create storytelling assets in partnership with Marketing and Content teams
  1. Packaging & Catalog Support (5-10% of time)
  • Backup for the Graphic Designer (SAS/Print) on packaging or catalog production when needed
  • Ensure brand consistency between digital and print assets

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience in e-commerce, agency, or brand environments (B2C preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear capability in email design and performance marketing creatives
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how design impacts them
  • Strong English reading and writing skills to collaborate with our Boston team

Strong Plus

  • Hands-on experience with AI & automation tools in workflow: Magnific, Adobe Firefly, N8N, or equivalent — as we are actively building an AI-driven workflow
  • Experience working with international brands or the US market
  • Basic motion design capability (After Effects, Canva motion, or CapCut)
  • Aesthetic sensibility for paper art, craft, or lifestyle/gifting brands
  • Mentoring potential (with growth path to Senior Designer in Phase 2)
