What you will do

- Design and produce branded marketing and communications materials across digital and print channels, including email campaigns, social media graphics, website assets, brochures, documents, presentations, and internal documents

- Build, update, and distribute branded PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences

- Apply and maintain brand standards across all creative assets, adapting designs as brand and campaign needs evolve

- Collaborate with senior design leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to develop creative solutions across marketing, communications, and corporate initiatives while managing multiple projects and deadlines

- Follow established Marketing & Communications processes and workflows to ensure projects move smoothly from briefing through review, approval, and delivery

- Maintain organized design files, assets, and templates, ensuring adherence to established design systems and workflows

- Stay current on design, marketing, and channel trends, bringing forward new ideas to enhance audience engagement and user experience

- Support basic web and UX initiatives as needed within our web platform

What you have

Education & Certifications

- Undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Certifications in Graphic Design or Digital Design

Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

- Comfort working in a CRM/marketing platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or the ability to learn one quickly

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and strategic goals and translating them into strong, on-brand visuals across digital and/or print channels

- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for sourcing engaging visuals that support product and marketing messaging

- Strong understanding of typography, font selection, page layout, and spacing to create clear, balanced, and visually engaging designs

- Eye for color harmony and consistently apply our brand palette with precision.

- Comfortable collaborating with senior design leadership on mock-ups, wireframes, and approvals

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, formats, and deadlines at once

- Open to feedback, adaptable, and quick to iterate

- Capable of stepping into mid-stream projects and driving them to completion

- Curious about design trends and tools, including using AI features to work more efficiently

- Working knowledge of web/UX-UI fundamentals (HTML5, cross-browser basics);

- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work

Nice to Have

- Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS), HubL is a huge-plus!

- Experience with HubSpot web development and email design/build

- Familiarity with presentation design best practices for PowerPoint templates

- Video/motion-graphic experience
