Job description

We are looking for a passionate Growth Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

Responsibilities;

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth
  • Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention

Requirements;

  • 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Passion for the gaming industry and eagerness to learn its dynamics
  • Experience in data analysis, forecast and campaign optimization
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
