It's one of the few moments when people rethink almost everything about their homes - furniture, walls, plants, lighting, everything.

We've noticed that a meaningful share of our customers discover us around this moment.

We think there's a big business here.

Mixtiles Group - Mixtiles, easyplant, and Oasis - reaches 1 in 20 US households today.

The question is: what should we build around moving?

We don't know yet.

That's the job.

What you'll do

Own this opportunity from zero.

Figure out where the biggest opportunity is. Pick a bet. Build it. Get it in front of customers. Find partners. Test the economics. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.

This isn't a partnerships role, a product role, or a growth role.

It's a builder role.

You see opportunities others miss. You can think strategically and then get your hands dirty building.
