Job description

About Corridor

Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows.

Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship.

We're a talented and growing team, led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design) and Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures). Corridor is backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain.

The Role

We're hiring a Founding Head of Business Partnerships to build a partner ecosystem that accelerates Corridor's growth. Your mission is to develop partnerships that create new routes to market, generate qualified pipeline, and drive revenue. You'll identify the right partners, build strong commercial relationships, and turn them into repeatable growth channels. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of building successful partnerships in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-native companies. Someone who knows how to create mutual value, bring partners into the sales process, and translate relationships into measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with Corridor's leadership and GTM teams to build the strategy and program from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own Corridor's business and channel partnership strategy, focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop partnerships across cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, AI, and complementary B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Establish repeatable partnership models, including referrals, co-selling, resellers, and strategic alliances.
  • Build relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market plans and generate pipeline.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both Corridor and its partners.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn partner relationships into qualified opportunities, new customers, and revenue.
  • Define and track partnership performance, establishing the processes needed to scale a successful channel program.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success building business, channel, or strategic partnerships at a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or AI company.
  • Clear examples of partnerships that generated measurable pipeline, customer acquisition, or revenue.
  • Experience building a partner program or commercial channel from the ground up, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, co-selling, referral programs, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
  • Existing relationships across relevant technology ecosystems, with the ability to develop new ones.
  • Commercial judgment and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and execute mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to own both strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI-powered software development and the security challenges it creates.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
