YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

  • Build and lead the team: Recruit, lead, and grow a team of Robotic AI Application Engineers responsible for deploying NEURA's products in customer projects.
  • Own end-to-end delivery: Take full ownership of customer deployments — from feasibility assessment and project planning through on-site integration and final acceptance.
  • Be the senior escalation point: Act as the go-to authority for complex customer projects, ensuring technical, timeline, and quality expectations are met.
  • Close the feedback loop: Partner with Product Management and R&D to ensure customer and field insights shape future product development.
  • Establish scalable standards: Define processes, tooling, and quality standards for deployment, configuration, and customer handover across projects and sites.
  • Steer priorities and resources: Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Represent us externally: Lead the applications team in customer-facing meetings and strategic discussions, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Develop your people: Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership, reliability, and customer focus.

WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

  • Leadership experience: Proven track record leading or mentoring a technical team, ideally in a customer-facing or field engineering context.
  • Project delivery: Demonstrated success managing complex customer projects from planning through successful go-live.
  • Customer proximity: Confidence working directly with customers at senior level, including willingness to travel.
  • Communication skills: Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to balance customer needs against engineering and product realities.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
