1bios is a leading provider of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care solutions. We partner with physician practices and health systems to deliver impactful remote care to their patients. We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic Enrollment Specialists to join our growing team. You'll be reaching out to patients via phone, educating them about the programs, answering questions, and enrolling those who wish to participate. Perfect for individuals with a background in sales, telephone outreach, healthcare, or customer service who are looking for meaningful, remote work with flexible hours — including parents, caregivers, or semi-retired professionals. Position Overview

• Remote, work from home
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Flexible hours – work when it fits your schedule (min. 20 hrs/week) (however generally no calling on Sundays or before 9am or after 7pm in patient time zone which are mostly United States Eastern and Central Time)
• Start ASAP – ideally within a few days of accepting the position
• Full-time or part-time available

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to eligible patients (a mix of warm leads and cold outreach)
• Use call scripts to educate patients on the benefits of RPM and CCM programs recommended by their physician
• Enroll interested patients by obtaining verbal consent and entering required data into the 1bios system
• Maintain accurate records and meet productivity and enrollment goals
• May participate in text and/or email campaigns to patients (and take calls responding to campaigns)

• Speak excellent English and are able to speak slowly, clearly, and compassionately with elderly patients who may have chronic conditions or hearing difficulties
• A clear, confident communicator with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Comfortable on the phone for most of your shift
• Tech-savvy and experienced with web-based tools and systems
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a quiet, professional environment

• $15/hour base pay
• $5 bonus per completed enrollment
• Top performers average over $30/hour

• Ability to start within a few days to a week
• Minimum 20 hours/week commitment
• A quiet, private space for making calls
• Reliable internet and computer setup
