Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our People Team. This internship is ideal for a graduate fresher looking to build a strong foundation in HR Operations and gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities – HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in HR documentation, audits, and compliance activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee lifecycle activities. Support HR reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational tasks. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Skills Acquired
By the end of the internship, the candidate will gain: Practical exposure to end-to-end HR Operations. Understanding of employee lifecycle management. Experience working with HRMS tools and operational processes. Stakeholder coordination and professional communication skills. Strong organizational, documentation, and data management capabilities.

Graduate Fresher (any discipline). Basic understanding of Human Resource Management concepts. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
