The Role
Neural Concept is looking for a versatile HR Operations Specialist to support our growing tech scale-up in the United States. This is a role focused in HR Operations - from onboarding to off-boarding, employee lifecycle and support. You will also support the Talent Acquisition Team - based in Switzerland - with some screening and candidate management. We are therefore looking for someone with deep practical knowledge of the U.S. HR operations, benefits, and 401(k) administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, off-boarding;
- Support U.S. benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) programs;
- Coordinate with PEO entities, payroll and benefits providers;
- Help maintain HR policies and support compliance with applicable federal and and local employment requirements;
- Support local Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition Team in Switzerland screening candidate applications and managing the recruitment process;
- Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data, track pipeline progress, and report on key hiring metrics.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of HR operations in the US is mandatory;
- Practical knowledge of the U.S. HR policies, benefits administration, 401(k) programs;
- Knowledge of the U.S. technology talent market, including relevant talent pools and sourcing channels is a plus;
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly valued.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment.
- Familiarity with an ATS. Experience with Ashby is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, curiosity, resilience, and close attention to detail.
