Description
Graham Research is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager / HR professional to help support our new office in Armenia. The role will focus on coordinating the setup and ongoing management of the office while supporting local recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding. The Armenia office is scheduled to open in Q4 2026.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and coordinating the setup of office space in Armenia
- Manage day-to-day office operations and logistics, including communicating and enforcing company policy at the discretion of the Director of Office Administration and the Chief Operating Officer.
- Support recruitment efforts including identifying, sourcing, and engaging prospective candidates
- Coordinate interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, in conjunction with the global HR department
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Meet and greet all entrants to the office.
- Manage incoming calls and transfers.
- Serve as a key local point of contact for employees and office-related matters
- Responsible for daily maintenance of office equipment including copy, coffee, and postage machines.
- Work closely with the executive administration team in other locations to ensure consistency of brand and approach, as well as to assist with additional projects as capacity requires and allows.
Requirements
- Experience in office management / administration, HR, operations or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional discretion when handing confidential information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Armenian is required
- Fluency in Russian is a strong plus
