Material Bank is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing for new growth initiatives and audience expansion. This role will define how we reach and engage new audiences, developing audience insights, messaging strategies, creative approaches, and testing roadmaps that turn growth opportunities into effective marketing programs.
You will partner closely with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, MarTech, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute cohesive integrated plans, learn what resonates, and evolve our approach over time.
This role reports to the Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to be in Boston approximately once per month.
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated marketing strategy and planning for new growth initiatives and audience expansion.
- Develop audience and messaging insights through research, testing, and campaign performance, translating learnings into clear recommendations.
- Own creative and campaign briefs, partnering with Creative and Content teams to bring strategies to life.
- Build creative, content, and messaging testing roadmaps to identify what most effectively engages new audiences.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, MarTech, and other channel owners to execute cohesive integrated plans across channels.
- Identify and evaluate relevant publications, partnerships, events, and other opportunities to reach priority audiences.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives and audience insights into strong creative briefs and actionable marketing plans.
- Strong creative judgment and experience developing messaging, creative, and content testing strategies.
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to translate campaign performance and audience insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
- A working style that reflects ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and proactive problem solving.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bringing structure to new opportunities.
