HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER

Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it.

Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated law.com with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

Eimear (our Director of Finance) is heading off on maternity leave, and we're looking for an interim Finance Director to hold the seat for ~8 months (October to May).

This isn't a caretaker role, and it isn't a pure people-leadership role either. You're a player-coach in FP&A, meaning you’ll:

  • personally run the FY27 FP&A cycle end-to-end,
  • partner with other execs as a peer to shape strategy, and
  • coach a Financial Controller and an Analyst on everything else.

Success means:

  1. Own and run the FY27 FP&A cycle end-to-end: budget, monthly reforecast, board packs, monthly exec business reviews.
  2. Partner with the CEO and exec team as a peer, shaping board and investor reporting and influencing strategic finance decisions as they arise.
  3. Lead the finance team, with an active coaching load on month-end.

We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits juro.notion.site/benefits and choice-first work juro.notion.site/choice-first-work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. WHO WE LOOK FOR

  • You've worked in a B2B SaaS company for a significant part of the last 2 years.
  • You've personally run a full FP&A cycle end-to-end (budget, reforecasts, board reporting), not just contributed to one someone else owned.
  • You're accounting-literate and can support and challenge a controller, even if you're not the one closing the books.
  • You've been the finance owner in a diligence process. That means you've built the data room and held numbers up under external scrutiny.
  • You've partnered directly with execs and a board; not just reporting numbers to them, but shaping and influencing their decisions.
  • You've led a small finance team.
  • You've been hands-on and energised by rolling up your sleeves.

This job likely isn't for you if:

  • You need time and coaching to grow into the role; we need someone who can land running, our CEO won’t have the time to train you.
  • You'd rather direct than build.
  • High-stakes corporate moments (transactions, diligence, board scrutiny) are unfamiliar territory.
  • You've never partnered with execs or led a team.
  • Your FP&A experience is "supporting" rather than owning.

OUR MISSION

Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts.

Frustrated by the absurdly slow process of taking a contract from inception through to agreement, Juro co-founders Richard and Pavel thought there must be a better way. They set out in 2016 to build a flexible, collaborative platform that anyone could use to process a legal contract end-to-end in their browser.

Fast forward 8 years and we have helped our customers process 2 million contracts in over 85 countries. Some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses, like Deliveroo, Remote, and Trustpilot have relied on Juro to help them streamline routine contracts at scale across multiple years of their growth.

But our story is just beginning.‍ Read more about our vision for intelligent contract automation juro.com/vision-2024.
