Position Summary

The Inventory & Procurement Coordinator keeps our warehouse running and our shelves stocked. You'll handle everything that comes in and goes out - receiving, storing, tracking, and ordering - while working closely with the teams who depend on those parts every day. Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and pull inventory items, and keep records accurate as stock moves in and out
  • Run regular counts and audits to catch discrepancies early and keep numbers trustworthy
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing items to make sure they meet our quality standards
  • Follow and enforce inventory controls so we don't run short or over-order
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and help maintain warehouse equipment
  • Purchase off-the-shelf materials and work with other departments to plan ahead and restock before we run low
  • Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and sort out any shipment issues
  • Look for better ways to do things and help improve our processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in inventory, procurement, quality control, or warehouse operations
  • Working knowledge of inventory and purchasing processes, quality standards, and warehouse best practices
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory software
  • Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work
  • Honest and accountable - we count on you to keep the records straight
  • Good communicator who works well with people across teams
  • Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and shift gears when priorities change
  • Organized, with the ability to juggle several things at once
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
