The Inventory Specialist is responsible for leading daily interactions with media owners, supporting billups tech products, such as the Units Catalog, Analytics Dashboards, DSP and the billups App, as well as any other supply-side products that may be developed in the future.

The Inventory Specialist’s goal is to increase the adoption of billups’ products by media owners. This role is the first line of support for any request coming from the media owner and supports billups’ media team with the creation of media proposals, the activation of media plans and troubleshooting with vendors. A key responsibility is providing a superior level of customer service to media owners and to the billups team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, integration activities, product demos and platform training with media owners.
  • Data Gathering, cleanup and entry.
  • Ensure the supply required by Media is in the billups platform.
  • Obtain accurate data from the media owner regarding inventory and prices, keep these details up-to-date and correct.
  • Manage customization efforts required for client success.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sciences and Media to troubleshoot issues experienced by the media owner.
  • Be the first to respond to web submissions and inbound requests from new and existing clients.

Personal Skills

  • Experience in administration of business applications.
  • Is an ultimate Excel and Google Spreadsheets user.
  • A long attention span and can handle monotonous tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable with manual work but seeks for an opportunity to automate repeated tasks.
  • Basic Python knowledge is optional but welcome.
  • AI experience is optional but welcome.

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent practical experience; 3+ years of experience working with data. Experience in administration of business applications such as User management and Roles and Permissions management.
