You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to record transactions, maintain accruals, and keep our books accurate and up to date, ensuring reliable reporting to the Head of Finance and supporting a clean, audit-ready close each month. This is a night shift role from 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all transactions across global entities, including the PEO entity, in the ERP system.
  • Recognize and book accruals in line with issued invoices, ensuring correct period cut-off.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly expectation-vs-actual reporting, investigating and explaining variances.
  • Partner with the Finance Manager to ensure data accuracy and keep the books live and up to date for reporting to the Head of Finance.
  • Support month-end close and maintain clean, audit-ready records and supporting documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related finance function.
  • BBS/BBA and CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and solid accounting fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to work across multiple entities and countries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with the Finance team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package designed to reward your expertise and contributions.
  • Access to continuous learning and career advancement programs.
  • Opportunities for mentorship and coaching to help you grow in your career.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued, and teamwork is encouraged.
  • Complimentary snacks and lunch provided to keep you energized throughout the shift.
  • Latest laptops and a high-performance monitor will be provided to boost your productivity.
