Tractian· São Paulo, Brazil·
Role details
Job description
What you'll do
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of paid media, data, creative, and revenue. You will help manage and optimize Tractian’s paid acquisition programs across Latin America, with an initial focus on Paid Search and Paid Social. Your responsibility is not simply to launch campaigns or operate advertising platforms. You will analyze performance, identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and translate results into clear business decisions. You will work closely with GTM leadership, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Data, and CRO to improve campaign performance across the full funnel. Success in this role will be measured by qualified pipeline, sales opportunities, revenue impact, and marketing efficiency, not just clicks or lead volume.
Location: Remote-first with a preference for candidates within a commutable distance to our hub in São Paulo.
You should apply if:
- You think from First Principles: You break problems down to their fundamental truths rather than relying on industry best practices.
- You embody Extreme Ownership: You operate with high accountability and responsiveness to solve critical funnel leaks or launch global campaigns.
- You are grounded in the scientific method: You form a hypothesis based on data, execute the experiment and report back on results and learnings.
- You take ownership: You take accountability for budgets, campaigns, and results. You flag risks early, communicate both good and bad news directly, and do not wait for a small issue to become a major problem.
- You understand the business behind the campaign: Track leads to close-won revenue; you want to understand lead quality, sales acceptance, pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social, programmatic campaigns.
- Turn data into decisions: Analyze campaign performance across advertising platforms, CRM data, and business intelligence tools.
- Build and run experiments: Develop testing roadmaps across audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, creative, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structure.
- Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI.
Requirements
- Ability: Proven experience in b2b paid search or paid social. Power user of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Sigma.
- Will: An iterative approach to problem-solving and a scientific experimentation mindset.
- Culture: Strong alignment with our leadership principles: availability, first principles thinking, customer obsession
- Precision: Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building.
- Bias for Action: A results-oriented mindset with high accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals.
