Deine Rolle Du verantwortest die Creative-Strategie hinter fonios Wachstum über Paid und Organic. Du entscheidest, auf welche Stories, Angles und Hooks wir setzen, machst daraus Ads, Scripts und Landingpages und entscheidest anhand von Performance-Daten, was wir skalieren und was wir stoppen. Du führst unser Creative-Production-Team und setzt den Maßstab dafür, wie richtig gute Creatives aussehen.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du verantwortest die Creative-Strategie: Zielbranchen, Angles, Botschaften und Testing-Roadmap.
  • Du konzipierst und schreibst in hohem Tempo: Hooks, Ad-Copy, Video-Scripts für Meta, TikTok und YouTube sowie Landingpage-Texte.
  • Du führst unseren Static Ads Designer und unseren Content Creator: Du briefst, gibst Feedback und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten starker Output wird.
  • Du fährst strukturierte Creative-Tests, liest die Zahlen und entscheidest, was skaliert, weiterentwickelt oder gestoppt wird.
  • Du bringst neue Formate und Ideen ein, von Creator-Videos bis Organic Content.

Wen wir suchen

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in Creative Strategy oder Performance Creative, mit Paid Ads, die du selbst getextet und skaliert hast, und Ergebnissen, die du zeigen kannst
  • Erfahrung darin, Kreative, Designer:innen oder Content Creator zu führen oder zu mentoren
  • Du denkst in Hooks und Angles und weißt, was im Feed stoppt und was auf der Landingpage konvertiert.
  • Du schreibst exzellente deutsche Texte für Ads, Video-Scripts und Landingpages.
  • Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und kannst erklären, warum etwas funktioniert.
  • Du produzierst schnell und in hohem Volumen, ohne Abstriche bei der Qualität.
