Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact with Project Manager regarding their operational responsibilities, including uniform needs (field team shirts) and outreach materials (literature/lit)
- Keep stakeholders informed of supply status, timelines, and any issues affecting field readiness Canvass Manager Coordination
- Communicate regularly with all Canvass Managers to identify team needs, including:
- Weather gear (ponchos for rainy days)
- Literature counts and restocking needs
- Clipboards, bags, and other field equipment
- Track and anticipate supply needs across all canvassing teams to prevent shortages Field Support
- Travel to field sites as needed to personally deliver supplies and ensure teams are equipped to work
- Provide hands-on support wherever gaps arise — troubleshooting supply issues in real time
- Monitor field conditions that may affect equipment needs (weather, location changes, team size shifts) Campaign Manager Collaboration
- Work directly with Campaign Managers to align logistics planning with overall campaign strategy and timelines
- Report on inventory status, budget needs, and field readiness
- Flag risks to field operations caused by supply or logistics gaps
