Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as primary point of contact with Project Manager regarding their operational responsibilities, including uniform needs (field team shirts) and outreach materials (literature/lit)
  • Keep stakeholders informed of supply status, timelines, and any issues affecting field readiness Canvass Manager Coordination
  • Communicate regularly with all Canvass Managers to identify team needs, including:
  • Weather gear (ponchos for rainy days)
  • Literature counts and restocking needs
  • Clipboards, bags, and other field equipment
  • Track and anticipate supply needs across all canvassing teams to prevent shortages Field Support
  • Travel to field sites as needed to personally deliver supplies and ensure teams are equipped to work
  • Provide hands-on support wherever gaps arise — troubleshooting supply issues in real time
  • Monitor field conditions that may affect equipment needs (weather, location changes, team size shifts) Campaign Manager Collaboration
  • Work directly with Campaign Managers to align logistics planning with overall campaign strategy and timelines
  • Report on inventory status, budget needs, and field readiness
  • Flag risks to field operations caused by supply or logistics gaps
