What We Offer To Our Maintenance Technicians
- Pay: $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property)
- On-call pay:
- $150/week (calls or no calls)
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Your Schedule as a Maintenance Technician
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
- Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team
What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician
- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and carpentry items
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
What We’re Looking For In A Maintenance Technician
- At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
- Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- A reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
