Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to oversee daily operational functions, ensure compliance with internal processes, and support team performance within a fast-paced wealth environment. This role is responsible for inputting and reviewing transactions, managing workflows, and fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture. Responsibilities:
- Input and review money movement transactions within Wealthscape and Charles Schwab.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of operations tasks, including preparing and reviewing account opening paperwork and account maintenance.
- Proficient in what is needed to open Taxable, Retirement, Trust, & Business accounts within Fidelity & Charles Schwab to aid in reviewing requests.
- Serve as liaison between Wealth Teams and custodians. Proactively contact custodians daily to resolve issues and ensure requests are being processed with accuracy.
- Delegate tasks and assist with team members workloads to ensure smooth execution of workflow.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage quarterly projects, maintain internal spreadsheets, and oversee completion of team members daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial business operations, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Fidelity (Wealthscape) and Charles Schwab Platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel
