Job description

As a Product Ops Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operationalization of key pricing products. You will work directly with PMs and Ops teams to turn product features into smooth daily operations, ensuring seamless rollouts and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution & Rollout: Lead product launches/rollouts within Pricing Ops; build SOPs, training materials, and documentation for operational teams.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between assigned Pricing PMs and frontline operation teams to solve blocker issues during product deployments.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Track product adoption metrics, operational efficiency impact, and user compliance after product launches.
  • People Management: Direct management of L4 Associates, guiding their daily execution and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Ops.
  • Experience with process optimization and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
