Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

The Manager, US Facilities manages the US facilities and ensures that they are in good repair, well maintained and forwards the goals and initiatives of the Property Operations Department in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the standards of cleanliness and overall appearance of the office spaces, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas are a physical representation of KnowBe4’s company culture
  • Oversee and administer US based Property Operations programs and long-term projects including but not limited to construction and property improvement projects
  • Oversee and delegate the day-to-day actions of the US Facilities Section
  • Work alongside building management, external vendors, general contractors, and suppliers to maintain the US facilities
  • Develope US based policies and procedures
  • Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
  • Manage employee parking assignments and procedures
  • Budget planning and management for US Facility related costs
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solves problems and/or independently handles issues as necessary.
  • Provide genuine recommendations  as to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting of subordinate employees to which the organization gives significant weight

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent business training or 2 years experience working in building management
  • Experience with GSuite applications, MS Office Applications, and various Cloud technologies.
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • At least 1 year experience in construction industry
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written skills and grammar
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent research skills
