Job description

Events are NEURA Robotics' central showcase for the future of cognitive robotics. At leading trade shows such as automatica we present our innovations, and we are increasingly present at summits, conferences and similar platforms worldwide. In Marketing Strategy & Operations, part of the Marketing & Communications department, we are looking for someone who pitches in, thinks along and grows into further marketing topics beyond events.

Your mission & challenges

  • You support our team in planning, preparing and delivering trade show appearances and other events, from the first concept idea through coordination to follow-up, and you are on site during build-up and show days.
  • You work with internal stakeholders and external partners such as booth builders and agencies and keep track of timelines, budgets and task lists.
  • You take care of event logistics such as booth staff lists, travel and hotel bookings, shipping of exhibits and giveaway orders.
  • You help prepare event materials, maintain overviews and measure success against our KPIs, including lead capture and post-event reporting.
  • Beyond events, you support the marketing team on product and partner topics, for example by creating content, coordinating materials and preparing campaigns.

What we're looking forward to

  • You are enrolled in a degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, ideally with a focus on events or marketing.
  • You join us for a mandatory or voluntary internship of at least six months.
  • First practical experience from internships, working student jobs or your own projects is a plus.
  • You work in a structured and reliable way, keep track of several parallel tasks and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You are a communicative team player, approach people openly and contribute actively.
  • You communicate confidently in English. German is a plus.
  • You are confident with common office tools and already use AI tools as a natural part of your daily work. First experience with social media or common marketing tools is welcome.
  • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally, including build-up days and occasional evening or weekend work during shows.
  • A strong affinity for and enthusiasm about topics such as robotics and artificial intelligence round off your profile.
