Job Summary
JRM is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist that will be based in our New York City office. The ideal candidate will join our growing marketing team and be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and helping to develop creative new strategies to support business development efforts. We are seeking a candidate who is a self-starter with proven experience in fast-paced environments and has the ability to own a project from concept to completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new content initiatives and creative campaigns to support business needs across the organization
- Manage the day-to-day marketing support of business development efforts by creating client presentation decks and sales brochures
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media content plan across digital platforms
- Write, edit, and proof project case studies, digital / print content, company newsletter, and internal / external communications
- Utilize website CMS to regularly update content on company website
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and reinforce brand standards
- Coordinate photo and film shoots with project teams
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required - marketing, communications, or related degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Capable of working on multiple priority projects with varying timelines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer Systems
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Creative Cloud
Salary Information
- To the extent this position is performed in New York, the annual salary range for this role is $70,000-85,000.
The range stated is specific to New York. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction related & Field specific roles) and internal company equity.
