- 5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation in the B2B Tech/AdTech space preferred (agency or in-house creative team a plus)

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of video editing and social content tools, including platforms and workflows commonly used in motion and video production

- Strong portfolio demonstrating your motion design, static content, and video production range, with an eye for design, pacing, and storytelling

- Collaborative and commercially minded approach, with rigor on creative quality and the performance of video content

- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously without losing the thread

- Familiarity with AI-enabled production, editing, or workflow tools

Engagement & structure

- September through December with an option to extend. We're intentionally starting this as a part-time contract (2–3 days/week) so we can build momentum together and get clarity on production volume and direction. After that we’d like to engage on a full week basis.
