Launch and Shape a NEURAGym NeuraGym ist unser neues Trainingszentrum für KI‑Robotik, in dem Partner Roboter in großem Maßstab trainieren – vom MAiRA‑Roboterarm bis zum 4NE‑1 Humanoid. Als Gym Operations Manager bist Du die treibende Kraft hinter diesem neuen Service: Du arbeitest eng mit dem RoboGym‑Produktteam zusammen, entwickelst Prozesse, KPIs und Geschäftsmodelle, führst das On‑Site‑Team aus AI‑ und Robotics‑Trainern, verantwortest das tägliche Kundenerlebnis – und machst all Deine Learnings zum Blueprint für zukünftige RoboGyms. Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit Hands‑on‑Umsetzung – baust einen hochwirksamen Betrieb auf und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass für alle Kundenteams vor Ort der tägliche Ablauf reibungslos läuft.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

  • Ein NEURAGym aufbauen und betreiben – den Service beweisen und das Playbook für kommende Standorte entwickeln
  • Das On‑Site‑Team führen (AI Trainer, Robotics Trainer, Logistik) und das erweiterte Supportnetzwerk koordinieren – Cloud Support, Robotics Service, IT – für ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis
  • Die komplette Customer Journey verantworten – von der Machbarkeitsprüfung über den täglichen Betrieb bis hin zu einem validierten Skill, der auf dem Roboter läuft und beim Kunden ausgerollt werden kann
  • Auslastung, Kosten und Kundenfeedback im Blick behalten; Vorschläge zu Layout‑, Workflow‑ oder Tool‑Anpassungen machen, die Effizienz und Business Value steigern
  • Praxisnahe Insights an das RoboGym‑Produktteam zurückspielen – Prozesse, KPIs und das Geschäftsmodell weiterentwickeln
  • Die Basics managen – Budget, Assets, Facility‑Grundlagen und IT‑Uptime – damit Team und Kunden sich voll aufs Robotertraining konzentrieren können
