At Easybrain, we create casual games enjoyed by millions worldwide, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager who will create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized environment in our Warsaw office. What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of the office environment, keeping it organized, functional, and visually appealing;
  • Assist colleagues with office-related requests and resolve day-to-day operational issues;
  • Support internal events, celebrations, and team activities;
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing workplaces and providing office essentials;
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

What we're looking for:

  • Interest in managing and maintaining office spaces;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues;
  • Proactive approach to solving day-to-day operational issues and making decisions when needed;
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel;
  • Fluent Polish and Russian.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in office administration, workplace management, or event coordination;
  • Experience managing office supplies, purchases, and budgets.
